Yes, basically yes. However, we cannot guarantee the functionality of the software when you install it yourself. We would also like to point out that the CaviTAU® software requires a lot of storage space and is likely to slow down your own PC significantly. Proper installation by our technical support is therefore recommended. We also recommend purchasing the Starter KIT PRO or PRO+ with the included powerful PC in order to avoid the challenges mentioned above.

Yes, Windows 10 is definitely required because the older Windows versions cannot play the CaviTAU® software correctly and without errors.

No, your practice software does not have to be connected to the CaviTAU® device. You can easily transfer the patient's OPG-JPEG file into the software. To do this, load the patient file onto a USB stick. Save the file from the USB stick to the CaviTAU® PC and drag the file into the software or show the patient the desired image on the PC screen.

In the CaviTAU® webshop you can pay with credit card (VISA, MASTER), instant bank transfer, PayPal or direct debit.

To pay for the CaviTAU® Starter KITS, a 50% deposit is due immediately upon ordering. You pay the rest via bank transfer before your introductory training date. You will receive an invoice receipt for this.

We are very proud that our new CaviTAU® device is manufactured in Germany. Our devices are manufactured with the highest precision and care. We are not dependent on suppliers from Asia or Asian supply chains.

After we receive your order, we will contact you within 3 business days. We will arrange an appointment for training & introduction for up to 3 participants. The training and introduction take place at the CaviTAU® branch in Munich*. In order to be able to operate the software and the device correctly, you need an introduction to the software AND how to use the CaviTAU® device. After successful training, you will receive your personalized certificate of participation and can take the CaviTAU® device with you and use it immediately.

Once you have successfully completed the introductory training, you will receive a user manual in which you can read the most important operating steps and application rules.
