With the CaviTAU ® Follow-Up Service and Marketing Contract, you will receive not only a comprehensive service but also support for your CaviTAU ® patient marketing.

Service tickets*: 15 per month (use of
15 service tickets per month. 1 service ticket

includes max. 60 minutes use of the
Service hotline/technical staff)

Gel cushion delivery:

• an additional gel cushion set: of 40 enoral and 10 extraoral gel cushions per contract period

The following marketing measures are included:

a. 1,000 patient information flyers:

• Automatic delivery at the beginning of the respective contract period

b. CaviTAU® logo for use on the practice website/for printing

• upon request

c. 1 CaviTAU® roll-up for a practice event

• upon request

d. 1 stand (for reception desk) for the practice

• upon request

e. 3 CaviTAU® posters (DIN A1 format for the practice waiting room)

• upon request

 f. Mention as a CaviTAU® therapist on the CaviTAU® website/CaviTAU Finder

CaviTAU® device repair

a. all work necessary for error detection and error correction by the

CaviTAU® technicians including the repairs required to resolve the problem,

Settings, adjustments and, if necessary, internal cleaning;

b. the installation or provision (if installation is not required)

the spare parts necessary to remedy the malfunction, except for the

metrological components such as transmitter and receiver arm

c. the necessary installation of software updates to correct errors

Exclusion of benefits:

Exclusion of subsequent repairs due to repeated disregard of the

specified usage guidelines according to the user manual.

The contract is concluded for a period of 36 months and can be terminated by either party
